1. SMS MESSAGING PROGRAM — TRANSACTIONAL ONLY
Legend Realty's SMS messaging program is strictly transactional and informational. We use SMS solely to: confirm and remind you of scheduled appointments and consultations; respond to inquiries you have submitted; and provide status updates on your loan application or service request. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages via SMS.
2. HOW TO OPT IN
You may opt into our SMS program by submitting your mobile phone number through a form on our website or booking page, or by verbally agreeing to receive SMS communications with a member of our team. By opting in, you confirm that the mobile number provided belongs to you and that you authorize Legend Realty to send the message types described above.
3. OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to +1 888-280-0522. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
